  • Apps deployed and their configurations
  • Resource usage (CPU, RAM, storage)

  • Server logs
  • Error reports (via Sentry)
  • Performance metrics

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Process payments and manage billing
  • Send service notifications (deployment status, payment receipts)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising.

Your platform data is stored in:

  • Turso (database) — encrypted at rest
  • Cloudflare R2 (backups) — encrypted at rest
  • Our VPS servers (app data) — encrypted in transit

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Encrypted database backups
  • Access controls and authentication
  • Regular security updates

5. Your App Data

Applications you deploy on Tinypod store data on our servers. This data:

  • Belongs to you
  • Is isolated from other customers
  • Can be exported via SFTP at any time
  • Is deleted within 30 days of account termination

7. Cookies

We use minimal cookies required for authentication and session management. We use Plausible Analytics which is cookieless and does not track individuals.

  • Active account data: retained while account is active
  • Deleted account data: purged within 30 days
  • Backup data: retained per plan (7-30 copies)
  • Payment records: retained for 7 years (legal requirement)
  • Server logs: retained for 90 days

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data
  • Withdraw consent

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
